The service my car received was great. The only loss was that my house phone was not called when the car was ready. My cell was dead and I was no longer at work. When I finally got my cell phone charged, it took another 24 hours for all my messages to come through and so I learned that the car was ready on Saturday and had to wait till Monday to pick it up. Other than that, great experience.

Everyone was helpful and I got finished sooner than expected. The guys behind the desk were listening with my concerns of just checking under hood, and tires, and overall for my safety. Sometimes guys see things we do not. I feel like Proctors employs go the extra mile...especially for us older people. Thanks for getting me in and out, in timely manner
