I had a starter repaired (other places I had gone only wanted to replace it, which costs way more), and they did the work very well. They also were very friendly about picking me up when I needed a ride.

Great customer service, quick work. Only negative is a little on the pricey side but I would rather pay a little bit more for the peace of mind knowing that the job is done right the first time.

My wife started hearing a strange noise while applying the brakes. The problem was diagnosed as "glazed" brake pads. The brake pads/shoes were deemed okay and did not need to be replaced. The brake pads were cleaned and the problem was solved. This is an 18 year old car & sometimes people are taken advantage of because of having an "older" car. Proctor Automotive is an honest and reliable repair shop that treats their customers fair.

My 2006 LR3 was giving off a weird smell and was not starting properly. I took it in and they immediately knew it was a bad battery before they even looked at it. I dropped it off at 10 a.m. and they had me ready to go by the time I was ready to leave the office and go home for the day. Great service!
