Iwas well satisfied with the service I received.

We take all four of our cars to Jimmy and his people. They are very trustworthy and so nice to deal with.....I try to send friends and acquaintances to them for good service. We have been in town nine years...and expect to be with Proctor for at least another ten years. Can't say enough good things about them.

I had an issue with the instrument cluster. They were great as always. Very helpful and fast. We use proctor for all our major repairs. We've never had a problem.

Wonderful quick, efficient and reasonably priced service. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Highly recommend for anyone with a BMW over taking it out of town to a dealership. So happy to have Procter in Abilene.

I had a very pleasant experience at Proctor Automotive. They met all my needs and I didn't feel like I was been pressured to buy anything I didn't need. Price was very comparable for the work that was done.

These guys do a great job taking care of my cars. They find things that are ready to go wrong so that my daughter or wife doesn't get stranded. Cleanest shop in town.
