I have recommended Proctor Automotive many times over the past several years. After several bad experience at other shops I began taking my vehicles to Proctor Automotive a few years ago. I can depend on them to do the job right the first time, in a timely manner and with the utmost courtesy. My fuel pump went out on my truck on a Friday morning. I had my truck towed to their shop and it didn't get there until 11:00 a.m. and they were still able to get the repair done the same day despite not being able to start the repair until late afternoon. They were also thoughtful enough to remove the faceplate on my car stereo, as a precaution, in case they couldn't finish the repair before closing.
