They tried to charge me $1,500 for my belt tensioners and my water pump. Decided to take my car to a different auto repair shop because the price seemed high, and the other shop said my tensioners were perfectly fine. Not to mention, the other place said if it were everything that Procter said it was, it would only be $740 and that’s including labor. So, they not only tried to over charge me, they lied about what was wrong with my car. I don’t recommend this place at all.

My BMW needed work and I was told to take it to Proctor Automotive. I found them to be Professional, communicative, helpful and timely. Highly recommend Proctor!

The staff are friendly and professional. The shop area is one of the cleanest and best organized I've ever seen. And the storage lot across the street is fenced and secure. I highly recommend Procter Automotive.
