Have had several vehicles repaired at Procter while I was in the car business. My first vehicle repair with Procter was on a BMW with a check engine light that I drove myself to another shop; after weeks, I had to tow the car to Procter because the shop messed up the computer and it wouldn’t run…their recommendation was to haul it to BMW Dallas, on my dime of course! I called Procter and they said they could take a look; they ended up saving us the tow bill ($1200 at the time to haul it) and the car was running and driving, check engine light fixed, two days after I had it towed over. The craziest part of it was Procter’s bill was less than the initial shop had quoted to repair before they messed it up. Always top notch service, accurate diagnostics, and good experiences. My only regret was that I didn’t take it to Procter first. Recently, after being out of the car business for two years, I met the owner and did some work for the business. My opinion of this shop is even better now, these guys are great to deal with on both sides of business. Thankful we have a great local mechanic shop that’s this easy to deal with and can handle high end vehicles. With their service, equipment, and expertise you simply can’t beat em. Highly recommended!
