We had a situation where we got bad gas from a gas station, and needed the engine to be replaced. Everyone I spoke with at Proctor was amazing throughout this process. I believe the first person I spoke with was named Tom. He was very friendly and informative. Jay kept me updated throughout this process. His customer service was simply outstanding! We got our Lincoln back and everything is working PERFECTLY so far! Thank you to everyone at Proctor Automotive for helping us! If you are looking for a trustworthy group of people, Proctor is your answer!

I highly recommend this place especially if you own a foreign car. Never once have I had a bad experience . The staff(Billy, Jay and Jimmie) greet me and others by name. Trust and honesty are crucial to me and these folks deliver. Jimmie and his staff are the best!

10/18/2023: Second time coming here for a different car. My Taurus had some weird thing where when I turned the car on it would shut off. It turned out to be a vacuum leak and they had me done and out in the same day. Thanks guys
