Proctor Auto was a great experience! I was able to call and get recommendations on vehicles before we purchased. This team was very informative! After purchase, I took the vehicle in and they did a multi point inspection (found no issues)! We live in Brownwood; the drive is absolutely worth it!

Very friendly and very professional 🌟

Very disappointed and annoyed with Procter Automotive. I took my vehicle there because of good reviews and a referral by a people in town not knowing I would encounter dishonesty and fraud. They saw a Lexus badge and figured they could just get money out of me and this is not fair. You guys made a mistake and don’t want to be held accountable. I did what I was supposed to do, I paid $1859 plus diagnostic fee for your work and my vehicle is still leaking oil, the least you can do is give me half of what I paid so I can take my vehicle to the dealership and get it fixed properly.

It's hard to find a good mechanic when you're from out of town. Procter did not let me down. They're quick and affordable. They were even able to find parts to fix a 1998 Tacoma. A problem that the dealership gave up on.
