The communication between service adviser and myself was perfect. Jay kept me updated on status of my vehicle. Being I was passing through when vehicle broke down, I couldn't have picked a better service department to assist me.

It was a really messed up deal. On the phone they told me to bring my truck in and get it diginosed then. When I drove all the way there from Clyde they told me they couldn't and to bring it back two days later.

I am a life-long mechanic that got too old to perform this deep level of work on my car’s engine. So leaving it in someone else’s care wasn’t exactly a comfortable week for me waiting to get my baby back and see for myself the level of quality work they performed. In short, my personal rating is this: I couldn’t ask for a more thorough, quality job. Plus, communication was excellent. I was made to feel like these guys left nothing to chance or miscommunication and made sure that my expected outcome was met at every point. Great customer service and support. They were very thorough with my vehicle. Made sure they fixed the problem the first time. Very satisfying to know there is still a automotive repair shop out there. That actually cares about you and your vehicle.

They were able to get me in quickly, accurately diagnose and determine a path of action, and within days had me back on the road and running better than ever.
