My 2000 Chevy Silverado Z71 air conditioner was not cooling me very well. When temperature was above 100% I was lucky it was keeping cool around 75%. Proctor did a thorough inspection and repair of the system and now I can get into truck and know it will cool me down on our extremely hot days. They did great!

They received my insurance check . My car was never service correctly. It took forever to get my car back. And that jay person was rude . My tire was flat car wouldn't even start. Parts missing. They put a black bumper on my car never painted it. I wouldn't recommend this place ever!

Procter does quality work, they replaced my clutch with no further issues in a timely manner, however I suggest you know the price of parts you are looking to replace and negotiate with them, otherwise they may just try to charge you 750 dollars for a normally 150-200 dollar flywheel if it weren’t for that they would get 5 stars
