I am a life-long mechanic that got too old to perform this deep level of work on my car’s engine. So leaving it in someone else’s care wasn’t exactly a comfortable week for me waiting to get my baby back and see for myself the level of quality work they performed. In short, my personal rating is this: I couldn’t ask for a more thorough, quality job. Plus, communication was excellent. I was made to feel like these guys left nothing to chance or miscommunication and made sure that my expected outcome was met at every point. My low mileage 21 year old ride has a new lease on life thanks to the quality work that Proctors performed on her! I am beyond grateful for the outcome! Thank you Proctors!
