The communication between service adviser and myself was perfect. Jay kept me updated on status of my vehicle. Being I was passing through when vehicle broke down, I couldn't have picked a better service department to assist me.

It was a really messed up deal. On the phone they told me to bring my truck in and get it diginosed then. When I drove all the way there from Clyde they told me they couldn't and to bring it back two days later.

I am a life-long mechanic that got too old to perform this deep level of work on my car’s engine. So leaving it in someone else’s care wasn’t exactly a comfortable week for me waiting to get my baby back and see for myself the level of quality work they performed.
