They took a vehicle I had put out to pasture, and intended to drive across a scale, that we suddenly needed due to my wife's car going belly up and got it running almost like new for just a few hundred dollars. They really came through for me, as always.

It was too expensive to fix my 2009 Tiguan, but it was still a pleasure working with Proctor/Billy. He took the time to explain everything to me, even took me around back and showed me a couple problem spots on the engine. Trust is really important when it comes to car repairs and I have complete trust in Billy and Proctor.

Great service, communicates with customers well during the process. Did have to add on to the repair from original quote, but they provided pictures and good information prior to me saying yes. Billy did not force the extra repair on me like some shops will do. It was a necessary repair, and actually saved me money on a future repair. Will return for service in the future.
