Professional,friendly and reasonably priced. We have a BMW diesel and very few shops in town are equipped or willing to work on it. Procter took great care of us.

Outstanding service and communication. Reasonable rates. Technician Ben Helmic communicated with us throughout the process and made sure we understood what the problems were and his plan to address each issue. He did exactly what he said he would do and had the vehicle back to us exactly when he said he would. Highly recommend Proctor Automotive.

We broke down while on a trip to Abilene. We had the jeep towed to the shop. They wasted no time in getting it diagnosed and repaired. Great job!!! Certainly a shop I would use again!
