I had a check engine light come on so the guys at Proctor Automotive did a diagnostic check and found I needed to replace an oxygen sensor in the engine. They fixed it in just a few hours and sent Steve to get me at work so I could pick up my car on my lunch hour. I always get top notch service at Proctor Automotive!!

They were very professional, and they've been in operation for years. A trustworthy and approachable crew. However, I came in saying that my 2009 BMW 128i was rattling while idle. I informed them the spark plugs needed to be changed. They said that they needed to switch out the car computer to run the diagnostic, and it would cost me $1800. After they switched it out, they discovered that the idle engine rattled because of the spark plugs, as I originally suggested, and so they replaced the spark plugs for an additional $500. I'm not pointing fingers because they are professionals, and they know what they are doing. However, I didn't need to spend $1800 when they could have started with checking the spark plugs manually and found out they were failing.

Needed my brakes checked before heading to the mountains for vacation. Proctor Automotive was honest upfront about the anticipated time it may take to get to my car which I appreciated. Knowing I was in need, they were able to get to my car sooner than we thought. Thank you for taking care of me!
