At proctor they are good at what they do. Their timing is accurate and they are true professional. My only concern is their discounts towards first responders. If you say that you do offer a discount, at what percents or dollar amount is the discount? Is taking $50 off of a $2100 bill is your discount? If it is, I feel you guys can do better.
