The guys at Proctor are amazing. They are always professional, informative, and kind whenever I need my car repaired. And whatever they fix I know don't have to worry about it again. I'm thankful to have a local automotive repair shop that can take care of my car but doesn't break the bank.

Found this place on Yelp and they had such friendly service and they delivered on all the expectations set with me in regards to when the parts would come in and when the repair would be completed. Super happy with the price of the repair on my BMW and my car was returned to me in immaculate condition. 5+ stars … highly recommend and will use for any future repairs needed on my cars.

Customer service was great, thank you Jay. He even called me Mark on my way out, which is ok, it's my middle name. I still have a check engine light on, was hoping oil change took care of that. Our car broke down while we were on a road trip over 1,000 miles from home. We had AAA tow our car to proctor automotive and we are so glad we did. They were excellent to work with, gave us a fair price and even held onto our car for extra time when we needed to coordinate how to get our car back to us once it was finished. We are so grateful that they were able to replace our engine. Thanks!
