Our car broke down while we were on a road trip over 1,000 miles from home. We had AAA tow our car to proctor automotive and we are so glad we did. They were excellent to work with, gave us a fair price and even held onto our car for extra time when we needed to coordinate how to get our car back to us once it was finished. Ran diagnosis, didn't have part. My only complaint was I scheduled an appointment for 8am and didn't hear anything until 230pm that afternoon. I just wish they could have told me earlier.

They did an oil change on my BMW and also fixed a minor issue with my windshield wiper spray. The minor issue was so minor that I wasn't even charged for the service! Now that's down home service! I will be definitely going back if or when I need to.
