Brought my vehicle here in hopes of figuring out what was wrong with it, they were able to figure out the problem and walked me through the steps they needed to get done and the parts required to be fixed one by one. Great communication while they had my vehicle, frequent calls were made by them giving me updates on my vehicles status. Vehicle came back to me quick and better than ever. Very professional team and great people. Would definitely recommend

I highly recommend Proctor for your automotive repairs! The staff is friendly and competent. They got to my son's car in a reasonable amount of time. They have a night drop box in case you need to drop it off after hours. My son's car had a cooling issue and we had AAA tow it over. Proctor is a AAA facility. AAA said that this means they have gone through a thorough vetting process and have to meet their high standards of customer service, proper facilities and training/certifications. It also allows for a 10% discount up to $50 on repairs! I feel like Proctor is a safe place to bring your car for repairs. They may not be the cheapest but they are reliable and will do the job correctly plus they warranty their work.
