I was told to drop my car off in the morning, and when I did and they were not able to get to it all day, I called them. They asked if I was the one who dropped it off after lunch and I was not. So after taking a full two days they told me that my head gasket was blown. I looked online and if my head gasket was blown there would be water in my engine and my car would not start. Instead I have a slight oil leak, most likely because of a valve cover gasket. I wish that I had not gone to Procter Automotive. I have heard good things about them, but my experience was bad communication and paying for a diagnosis that I am not sure is true.
