I was visiting from Dallas and my check engine light came on. Didn’t want to make the drive without making sure it wasn’t serious. They worked me in same day and I had a diagnosis within a couple hours. Professional, easy to work with and answered all my questions.

The gentlemen at Proctor are incredible. I’ve taken my car there twice, and they’ve done a fantastic job each time!

I had quite a few issues with a GMC Acadia. Suspension, powersteering rack & pinion, a door cable, windshield washer pump etc. Used Proctor because of good reviews, and they did not disappoint! Vick was super helpful and friendly every time (even when I called in 5 minutes before they closed to ask questions lol) They handled all of the phone calls and approvals with my PITA car warranty. He even lined up a rental car. The work was performed extremely fast, and he kept me updated every step of the way. Will definitely use them again in the future. Keep it up guys!

I love how friendly they are and how well they explain what repairs are needed so you know what they are talking about. Price is reasonable. Service is fantastic. They even gave my Son a ride home and picked him back up when the car was ready.
