I brought in my daughter's 2022 BMW. X5 to have some minor repairs made to her engine. This is a super busy shop, so you definitely need to make an appointment, which I had done. The service was quick, professional, and friendly. I had to drive over 120 miles round trip to get to this shop and I'll do it again if I need a good mechanic.

Billy and the guys at Proctor took care of my car and kept me up to date on the progress of the work being done on my Hybrid European car. I have dealt with many auto repair shops, some Great…some not so great and I’m thankful to say Proctor Automotive is top notch and staffed with technicians trained for all types of cars, I feel safe leaving my car in their hands. Took my Ram 1500 to the dealer and was completely surprised at the quote to replace some bolts, took it a couple of days later to Proctor where they were completely upfront of the cost to replace the same bolts plus because of the manifolds being warped they were also replaced and still $300 less than the other. I've found my new go to place for repairs. It took about one day for repairs. Try em you won't be disappointed

Diagnosed why my TR6 was running rich and it was not the carburetors. Great job.

They tried to charge me $1,500 for my belt tensioners and my water pump. Decided to take my car to a different auto repair shop because the price seemed high, and the other shop said my tensioners were perfectly fine. Not to mention, the other place said if it were everything that Procter said it was, it would only be $740 and that’s including labor. So, they not only tried to over charge me, they lied about what was wrong with my car. I don’t recommend this place at all.
