Abilene Auto Repair

I tried taking my car to Firestone and was treated badly. The mechanics weren’t able to reproduce the issue, so they told me to get my car. I asked if they could do a few things, and was told no. I then broke down on the road again! I took my car to Procter, they had me diagnosed and back on the road within a week. The shuttle service was very helpful too!

Customer service is excellent. They shared information on the job’s status, and were expedient in completing the work. I now know who to take my truck to for keeping it maintained.

I've lived in Abilene, TX for about 6 yrs now, and the ladies/gentleman at Proctor Automotive are top notch! They always provide the best customer service, and their prices are very reasonable. I get all of my routine servicing, as well as, none routine maintenance accomplished there. It's no surprise they have been in business for 73 years. Excellent service! Very pleased. Who knew Abilene has an awesome place that works on foreign cars like Land Rover, BMW, Mercedes, etc! My bill would have been twice in Dallas at the dealership.
