SO HAPPY that I found Proctor Automotive! I moved to Abilene recently and my BMW needed service, and I had no idea where to take it. Thankfully Proctor was recommended to me! They did a great job, quickly and for a great price. I will be back!

Very courteous and professional. Communicated what we needed to fix our suburban, along with an estimate. Completed job in a timely manner. Estimate was exactly what we paid. I tried taking my car to Firestone and was treated badly. The mechanics weren’t able to reproduce the issue, so they told me to get my car. I asked if they could do a few things, and was told no. I then broke down on the road again! I took my car to Procter, they had me diagnosed and back on the road within a week. The shuttle service was very helpful too!

Customer service is excellent. They shared information on the job’s status, and were expedient in completing the work. I now know who to take my truck to for keeping it maintained.

I've lived in Abilene, TX for about 6 yrs now, and the ladies/gentleman at Proctor Automotive are top notch! They always provide the best customer service, and their prices are very reasonable. I get all of my routine servicing, as well as, none routine maintenance accomplished there. It's no surprise they have been in business for 73 years.
