Sometimes the worst situations are made better by great people. In the case of me and my Subaru WRX, that’s exactly what happened. My unique circumstances weren’t the easiest to deal with but Jimmy and Billy truly went above and beyond. I walked away with an engine replacement and a lesson learned. Simply put, Proctor Automotive has earned my business so long as I’m in Abilene.

Procter Automotive saved the day. Last week I was in Tuscola for the weekend and on Sunday I was headed into Abilene when my car started acting weird and wouldn't run. My husband went into Abilene and asked around(since we are from the Austin area) who would they recommend for car repair and 4 different people replied Procter Auto without hesitation. We showed up Monday morning at Procter Auto and we were greeted with a friendly service advisor Mr. Graham. He assured us that they would get my car fixed as soon as possible. Within an hour we were contacted about what the problem was and before noon I was driving out of the shop and headed back to Austin. I highly recommend Procter Automotive. Great service!
