I brought them the most difficult problem I possibly could of, a hardtop Pontiac G6 where the top was not working. They were extremely professional and were straight forward. The part I appreciate the most was that they did not overcharge and were very fair with their prices!

They have done nothing but better. They love classics, and did not hurt or scratch my 1970 cougar. Got it fixed and running great. Great people!!

They did absolutely amazing they offer rides back to any location if you are in Abilene and pick you up after. They worked diligently on my 2002 before I got on the road to Houston there were a lot of issuers with my truck but they made sure it was safe for me to drive. Being a college student it’s hard to find reliable mechanics that won’t rip you off well Procter Automotive is that place they are honest straightforward and give you the best possible price for you particular situation and car. I really appreciate them I’ll be going back frequently

Their a transmission shop but you have to call their natonal office they cant give you a price on how much it would be to drop a transmission in if i have to call a nother number and my car has to get sent away what is the point of even having this number listed when their only job its to futhur complecate things its stupid never in my live have i seen this you dont go to subway for a samwitch and they tell you oh you gotta go to our other store to find out how much you owe and to get your food thats redundancy at its finest

I went in to get my transmission oil changed, then they said my sway bar linkage we're busted, so I got them fixed too. I asked them also to change my shifting solonoids, and after 8 hours in the shop, I found out they didn't change them. $700.00 later I thought mostly everything was fixed. Fast forward 1 month, my car starts making an awful noise every time I hit a bump. This was on a friday and I had to wait until Monday for them to fix whatever happened. This noise was awful so I got my dad who was a mechanic for 20 years to take a look. Turns out, they didn't lock one of the nuts on one of the linkages, so it was causing the linkage to shift, then on the OTHER side, they put and entirely different nutt on it, AND they didn't grease the stabilizer ends. I'm NEVER coming back to this place, if they can't do something as simple as putting the correct nutts on, and greasing the stabalizer ends, what can they do? Just pure laziness on their part.

These guys were so helpful when we took my daughters 07 BMW to them. They fixed everything and called us to update us of any additional problems they found. They checked with us before doing any additional work on it. I would highly recommend them!

What a great experience! Procter was recommended to me by one of their competitors when I asked them who could service Mercedes locally. Apparently, Procter is the only one in town. Their shop is amazingly clean and inviting. Staff are beyond friendly and competent. I received an accurate estimate up front. They were on time and less expensive than the dealerships in the Dallas area. I saved lots of time and money and had a better customer service experience staying local with Procter!

Simply the best shop I've ever dealt with in Abilene, and I've dealt with a lot. Always friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They're always my pick for maintenance and repairs on my vehicles, and I won't hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
