Procter Automotive saved the day. Last week I was in Tuscola for the weekend and on Sunday I was headed into Abilene when my car started acting weird and wouldn't run. My husband went into Abilene and asked around(since we are from the Austin area) who would they recommend for car repair and 4 different people replied Procter Auto without hesitation. We showed up Monday morning at Procter Auto and we were greeted with a friendly service advisor Mr. Graham. He assured us that they would get my car fixed as soon as possible. Within an hour we were contacted about what the problem was and before noon I was driving out of the shop and headed back to Austin. I highly recommend Procter Automotive. Great service!

They treat their customers better than almost any other business in town. They were happy to give me an accurate cost estimate for three Issues with my car so that I could compare prices with another shop. I appreciate their friendly demeanor, useful advice, and good communication.

They was able to get my car in for a problem with my brakes the day I called , they completed the job that day and got me back on the road . The office people was very nice and accommodating . Thank you Procter Automotive.

Proctor Automotive gets 5 STARS! Traveling on a Sunday from Central Texas back home to Colorado Springs, we had a wheel bearing go out as we arrived into Abilene. We didn't know a soul in town but are referred to Proctor Automotive by Pitman Automotive first thing Monday morning. I spoke to Tom and explained my "sad story" that I needed to be back to work on Tuesday morning. He said that the schedule was full but would try to work me in as soon as possible. I know the schedule was full because I personally overheard several phone calls and walk in customers being scheduled for several days later in the week. The staff were courteous, professional and friendly while helping me. Gave me a ride round trip to our hotel 20 minutes away and completed my repairs in just a few hours! They have done nothing but better. They love classics, and did not hurt or scratch my 1970 cougar. Got it fixed and running great. Great people!!
