I brought them the most difficult problem I possibly could of, a hardtop Pontiac G6 where the top was not working. They were extremely professional and were straight forward. The part I appreciate the most was that they did not overcharge and were very fair with their prices!

They did absolutely amazing they offer rides back to any location if you are in Abilene and pick you up after. They worked diligently on my 2002 before I got on the road to Houston there were a lot of issuers with my truck but they made sure it was safe for me to drive. Being a college student it’s hard to find reliable mechanics that won’t rip you off well Procter Automotive is that place they are honest straightforward and give you the best possible price for you particular situation and car. Their a transmission shop but you have to call their natonal office they cant give you a price on how much it would be to drop a transmission in if i have to call a nother number and my car has to get sent away what is the point of even having this number listed when their only job its to futhur complecate things its stupid never in my live have i seen this you dont go to subway for a samwitch and they tell you oh you gotta go to our other store to find out how much you owe and to get your food thats redundancy at its finest
