Great service and love that I can now keep my car service local! The guys at Proctor were fast and friendly and did an excellent job with my Range Rover. My overall experience great and saved me time and money not driving to Dallas. Very pleased with the team there! Will definitely be going back.

I have been bringing my vehicles to get serviced here for a couple years now. They know their stuff. They never talk down to me when I have questions, or need them to explain things in a way for me to understand. The 'shuttle' service they provide their customers is so convenient for those of us unable to arrange our own rides to and from the shop. I highly recommend their services to anyone is search of a reliable mechanic shop.

I live in Lubbock, but took my car to Proctor Automotive for a second opinion regarding some car repairs and I'm glad I did! The week before, I had taken my car to a shop in Lubbock to have my alignment fixed and after leaving that day, it was still not fixed. I went back the very next day to have them actually fix it like I had asked them to the day before. After getting things fixed, they came out to speak with me and recommended that I have all four tires replaced as well...

I recently moved to Abilene, driving my Porsche Carrera from Arizona. It was time for a major checkup (oil change, transmission and coolant flush, etc). When we purchased my Suburban, my husband continued to take it to the dealership as the previous owner had done, instead of Proctor. Several things went wrong that were very upsetting and threatened to ruin my engine. When we brought the car to Proctor, they put everything right again at a fraction of the price the dealership quoted us. I have been taking my vehicles to Proctor automotive for many years now. My husband liked taking my car to the dealership for regular oil changes until we started having lifter noise in our engine. The men at Proctor found sludge in our oil pan from the low quality oil they were using. It was ruining my engine. Lesson learned! When you go to Proctor they give you the highest quality parts, products and amazing customer service. They are a shop that you can trust. That means the world to me.
