Awesome service Everything was just wonderful. Everyone was very polite and the repairs were explained in a very clear concise manner. I am very thankful I was able to get a ride to and from work while my car was fixed. The work was done very quickly. I never felt as if anyone were trying to sell me things I did not need.

Tire Monitor System Reset Charge The service I received we very good, as usual. However, I do not understand a labor charge of $22.50 to reset the tire monitor system on my 2011 GMC.

DO NOT GO TO PROCTOR AUTOMOTIVE. Unless you want to pay the shiny-cheeked thieves there $80 for them to tell you that they can't find the problem. NEWSFLASH: Autozone will read the codes on your vehicle for free.

The staff at Procter Automotive provided first rate service when they installed an electric trailer brake unit on my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500. Perry Randolph, Service Advisor, researched and provided me with three options regarding the unit and listed the pros and cons for each one. The work was completed in a timely manner at what I believe was a fair price. All-in-all, a great deal! Thank You.

Saw online reviews so I chose to go here. I asked for a diagnosis but when I came in they had fixed it already. They stuck to their word and only charged me for the original diagnostic fee. I definitely appreciate honesty and sticking by your word!
