I am so happy with the service provided by Proctor Automotive. Getting your AC fixed in July is not optional in Texas! From my first contact with Perry the Service Advisor to the speed at which they completed the repair at a fair price, I will bring all my cars to Proctor Automotive from now on. I can recommend them without reservation to all my friends and family.

This was my first time using Proctor Automotive and they were better than expected. I talked to them in the morning about my sons truck problems and they got it towed to the shop and fixed all in the same day. I did have a small problem with the truck after it was picked up but they had me bring it back and was fixed right away. Their customer service is the best in town. I hope I don't need them in the future but if I have mechanical problems in the future I will definately take it back to Proctor.

Service was great, as always! They were a little back up this time, merely out of popularity. Nevertheless, they fixed my truck in record time and never try to up-sell me for anything I don't need.

This was my first visit. I am usually a little leary of mechanics, but Procter won me over yesterday. I had a coupon for a free AAA 40 point inspection done on our vehicle and they had an opportunity to find some thing wrong with the truck that could have a heafty price tag, but they actually found nothing wrong. They also were able to change the oil in the truck with the synthetic oil brand I prefer and brought in with me. Their facility is nice and clean. To top off the experience, their staff was kind, courteous, and very pleasant to work with!

The people are very friendly and helpful, and my car is running great now. I will definitely bring my family's vehicles to Proctor again.

I love this place. I trust the people that work there. I know that when they quote me a price they are not overcharging me or selling me something I don't need. They go above and beyond to get the job done in a timely fashion.
